Shipping Types
Our products are delivered in the following ways:
- Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., Purolator or Canada Post) to your delivery address.
Front Door Parcel Delivery
Standard Parcel - Front Door Delivery
Standard parcel items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 10 - 15 business days for metro areas or 12 - 18 business days for non-metro areas of receiving your order.
If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Fees: Flat Rate fees and/or parcel carrier delivery and processing charges are shown under Shipping Rates, and will be applied in the Checkout Payment and Review page.
Gift Cards
Gift cards have slightly different rates and time frames from other products:
- Free shipping by Canada Post with standard delivery (10-15 business days).

Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.

Special Cases: Shipping Q&A
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
We are unable to deliver to Quebec.
When you checkout, you will be given the option on the shipping page to "Ship to multiple addresses."
Delivery is only available within Canada.
